Burrell Foley Fischer have prepared a masterplan for UWC Atlantic College. The college estate comprises 160 acres with a medieval castle at its heart and a foreshore on the Bristol Channel. The curtilage listing of the estate is Grade I. The refurbishment and remodelling of the college library, located within the castle, provides contemporary library and ICT facilities for students in a stunning historic setting. As part of the works a lift has been installed to provide level access for all to the library, and extensive conservation repairs have been undertaken on the roof and internal fabric.
