Initial brief analysis commission led to a feasibility study for a new 4,000m2 School of Management at Cranfield University: the Knowledge Hub Building.

The design is based upon repeating clusters of office accommodation which can be configured as either cellular or open plan space, opening onto a central atrium space. A top floor conference centre suite is located facing the university’s airport, with panoramic views over the runway.
