Ming has over 14 years' of experience in the fields of architecture, urban design and masterplanning. The projects he has been involved in range from concept design, building design, planning applications, urban extensions, city regeneration, university campus masterplanning, design codes, town centre regeneration strategies and streetscape improvement strategies. Ming is a registered architect and member of the RIBA and the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
At Burrell Foley Fischer, Ming has worked on a range of housing projects for the London Borough of Islington, including strategic studies looking at the potential for ‘infill’ development to provide additional social housing on underused areas of the Council’s estates. Ming was also part of the team working on the design of a new community cinema in Lewes Town Centre, which was described by the Design Officer for the South Downs National Park Authority as 'excellent in terms of architectural and landscape design… and will serve as a exemplar'.
