Outline Design Proposals for the development of a new residential expansion zone for the College on a river side site adjacent to sports fields. The scheme is in a highly sensitive planning context, within the Green Belt and in a Flood Zone.

Proposals created a new sports pavilion with 26 residential units for Fellows in a green, bio-climatic tower above them, enjoying stunning views across the river to the skyline of the city.
