Sukey Hui
BSc, MArch

Architectural Assistant

Sukey graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master’s degree in architecture in 2020, where she was awarded the Wharf Scholarship and P&T Travel Scholarship. During her architectural studies, Sukey developed her interest in built heritage conservation, adaptive reuse of modern heritage, and culture-led urban development. Her master’s thesis explored the death of architecture using the soon-to-be disused Central General Post Office as the case in point.

Sukey has previously worked at a Hong Kong-based practice on a range of large-scale residential, commercial, cultural and urban planning projects. She was also the research assistants at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and National University of Singapore.

While at Burrell Foley Fischer, Sukey has worked on the Grade II listed Haberdashers Aske's Schools, Bromsgrove 2040 vision and a variety of early-stage design projects.
